As an instructor at BJC Passing Score, you will play a key role in helping students prepare for their national exams through structured lessons, mentoring, and ongoing academic support.
Responsibilities include:
📖 Delivering engaging and interactive online lessons
📝 Creating lesson plans, practice exams, and assignments aligned with MOE standards
📊 Tracking student progress and providing feedback
🧑🏫 Offering tutoring or extra support to struggling students
✅ Taking attendance and maintaining accurate class records
📅 Participating in meetings, special events, and organizational activities
💻 Utilizing Google Classroom and Zoom to manage content and communication
Passionate about youth education and community development
A minimum grade of “C” or higher in the BJC or BGCSE examination is required
Strong knowledge of their subject area
Reliable, tech-savvy, and organized
Committed to upholding the values of faith, discipline, and excellence
Must be a Grade 10–12 student
Laptop or iPad required
Responsibilities Include:
Taking attendance
Starting all Zoom sessions at 5:30 PM
Moderating Zoom and WhatsApp chats
Assisting students with joining Zoom sessions
Supporting the instructor with audio and visual presentations
Making announcements on behalf of the board or the founder
Zoom Moderator Requirements
Minimum C Grade in BJC English
Must be a Grade 10–12 student
Laptop or iPad required
Strong communication skills

You might even find yourself featured on the news, using your influence to shine a spotlight on important causes and inspire others. This is more than a title—it’s a chance to lead, uplift, and leave a lasting impact.
Requirements

Based in Grand Bahama or New Providence
English & Math - BJC GRADE C OR Above
Always photo/video ready – you're confident, polished, and camera-friendly
A clean record – no suspensions or history of misconduct at school or in the community
Holding it down with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Currently in Grades 10 to 12
Skilled in social media management – you know how to create, connect, and engage
Parental approval is a must
Access to a device with a good quality camera
Public Speaking & Effective Communication Skills
Should be able to attend 85% of BJC Passing Score Events
